Wilmer Dean Lundy

Wilmer Dean Lundy age 83, of Shoals, passed on December 9, 2020 at the Loogootee Health and Rehab. He was born April 14, 1937 in Martin County, Indiana to Odest and Ethel (Gardener) Lundy. He married Alice Harding on August 1, 1959 and she survives. Wilmer retired from NWSC Crane, operated a TV and Radio Repair Shop and was employed at Home Outfitters. He was a Veteran of the United States Air Force. Surviving are his wife Alice; children Jeff (Lori) Lundy and JoAnn Lundy; grandchildren, Garrett Bateman and Gage (Mackensie) Lundy; one great grandchild, Asher Lundy; and one brother, Dale Lundy. Several nieces and nephews also survive. He is preceded in death by his parents; one sister, Margie Madden; and one brother, Donald in infancy. Funeral services are 12:00 PM Saturday at the Queen-Lee Chapel in Shoals with Pastor Matt Sullivan officiating. Burial will be in the Spring Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be 10:00 AM until the time of service at the funeral chapel. The Queen-Lee Chapel of the Thorne-George Family Funeral Homes has been entrusted with the arrangements.
