Margie "Mary" Holt

Margie “Mary” Holt age 91, of Shoals, passed away at the Loogootee Nursing Center at 11:50 AM on Tuesday, August 21, 2018. She was born in Dubois County to Clyde and Alice (Connerd) Nicholson. She married Howard Eugene Holt and he preceded her in death in 1965. She was a homemaker, attended the Shoals Holliness Church. She is survived by her children, Sally Marlene Davidson of Shoals, Alice Jeanette Holt of Shoals, Gary Lee Holt of Bedford, Thomas Clyde Holt of Shoals, Jerry Ray Holt of Haysville, Cecil Lynn Holt of Vincennes; three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Preceding her in death are; her parents, husband and a son. Funeral services will be Thursday, August 23, 2018 at 1:00 PM at the Queen-Lee Chapel in Shoals with burial in the Spring Hill Cemetery. Bro. Doyle Tolbert is officiating. Visitation will be Thursday beginning at 11:00 AM until the time of service. The Queen-Lee Chapel of the Thorne George Family Funeral Homes is in charge of the arrangements.
