Lora A. Allen

Lora A. Allen age 55, of Loogootee, passed away in Evansville on Friday at 12:40 PM. She was born February 4, 1963 in Vincennes to Jerry and Flora (Wesley) Allen Sr. She was a member of the Mt Zion Wesleyan Church. She is survived by two daughters, Cynthia (Gene) Cooper of Princeton and Bobbie (Randy II) Reno of Evansville; seven grandchildren, William Boyd, Jacob Boyd, Zackary Cooper, Reece Reno, Alexis Morse, Claire Morse and Randy Reno III, one sister Dawn Allen of Loogootee and fiance Jerry Burris; and three brothers, Michael Allen of Loogootee, Jerry Allen Jr. of Loogootee, James (Lisa) Allen of Loogootee; and companion William Fields of Loogootee. She was preceded in death by her father and husband Leonard McGregor. Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM Thursday at Mt. Zion Wesleyan Church with burial in the church cemetery. Visitation will be from 11:00 AM until the time of service at the church. The Queen-Lee Chapel of the Thorne-George Family Funeral Homes is in charge of the arrangements.
