Kevin James Akles

Kevin James Akles age 55, of Shoals, passed at his residence on Saturday, December 5, 2020. He was born October 16, 1965 in Shoals to Mable and Joseph Larry Akles and they preceded him in death. Kevin was an avid relics collector of Native American Artifacts. He loved and adored his son Tanner. Survivors include a son, Tanner Akles of Loogootee, brother Larry "Joe" Akles of Shoals and sister Natalie Sargent with husband Tim of Winchester, VA. Funeral services are 11:00 AM Friday at the Queen-Lee Chapel in Shoals with Pat Johnson officiating. Burial will be in the Mt. Union Cemetery. Visitation will be 9:00 AM until the time of service at the Funeral Home. Due to Covid-19 following the recommendations of the CDC and local health officials is requested. The Queen-Lee Chapel of the Thorne-George Family Funeral Homes has been entrusted with the arrangements.
