Dwayne A. Padgett

Dwayne Alan “Spider” Padgett, age 60, of Shoals, passed January 13, 2022, at Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis. He was born October 23, 1961, in Indianapolis to Darla Padgett. He was a 1980 graduate of Lincoln High School in Vincennes and was a retired utility construction worker. He was a member of DeMolay. Survivors include his mother, Darla Padgett; children, Logan (Annemie) Padgett, Kristopher (McKenzie) Radcliff and Blaine Padgett; 8 grandchildren; aunts, Sandra Daniels, Naomi Hand, and Verna Lou Woodward; one uncle, Jackie Padgett; and cousins, William Daniels, Jim Daniels, Lisa Woodward, Diana Scoby, Cheryl Goad and Angie Norcross. He is preceded in death by uncles Richard “Dickie” Padgett and Jimmie Padgett; aunts, Sharon Sanford and Patty Childs; and several cousins. Cremation was chosen and no services will be held at this time. The Queen-Lee Chapel of the Thorne-George Family Funeral Homes has been entrusted with the arrangements.
