Doris Lynn Pottorff

Doris Lynn Pottorff, 66, of Washington, formerly of Shoals, passed away on Thursday, January 12, 2023.

Born July 10, 1956, in Evansville, Indiana, she was the daughter of Frank and Fern (Wildman) Johnson

Doris attended Shoals High School and was a homemaker. She loved going camping, fishing, and spending time with her family.

Surviving are husband, Timothy Pottorff; children, Leland (Kelly Spaulding) Sipes, Dennis Sipes II, and Amanda (Jeremy) Foll; ten grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; sister, Sandy (Rick) Gammon; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her parents; three children in infancy; and siblings, Lloyd Robert Johnson, Martha Shaw, and Shirley Beers.

Funeral service will be at 11:00 A.M. on Tuesday, January 17, 2023 at the Queen-Lee Chapel of George Funeral Care with Bro. Rick Gammon officiating. Burial will follow in Spring Hill Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 9 A.M. until the service hour on Tuesday at the Queen-Lee Chapel.
