Donna Rose Norman

Donna Rose Norman, 73, of Shoals, passed away on Friday, December 11, 2015 at Memorial Hospital & Healthcare Center in Jasper. Born on July 28, 1942 in French Lick, Indiana she was the daughter of the late John R. and Margaret Helen (Noble) Dixon. Her husband Robert W. Norman preceded her in death on June 1, 2010. She was a homemaker and of the Christian faith. Donna is survived by 3 sons, Steve W. Norman of Jasper; Robert W. Phillips of Indianapolis; Timothy W. Norman of Shoals; 2 daughters, Margaret Helen Wilhelm of Mooresville and Karen Ruth Alltop of Noblesville; 9 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; sisters, Karen Stone of Martinsville; Kay Sanders of French Lick; and brother, Steven R. Dixon of Mooresville. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband Robert W. Norman; brother, John R. Dixon, and sister Dana Ruth Johnson. In keeping with the wishes of Donna, cremation was chosen. A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 9, 2016 at the Queen-Lee Funeral Home in Shoals. The family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. until the hour of service.
