David Harold Sorrells

October 25, 1963 - May 26, 2024

David H. Sorrells, of Loogootee, passed away on Sunday, May 26, 2024 at his residence.

Born October 25, 1963, in Shoals, Indiana, he was the son of Robert Harold and Ruth Alyne (Allbright) Sorrells.

David graduated from Shoals High School and graduated from Purdue University with a bachelors degree in Agronomy.

He was an Eagle Scout and enjoyed collecting coins.

Surviving are his son, Lee Sorrells; siblings, Charlotte Sorrells, Kati Sorrells, and Lani Kelsey; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister, Sue Ellen.

Graveside service will be at 11:00 A.M. on Tuesday, June 4, 2024 at the Hindostan Cemetery.
