David Wesley Qaulkenbush

David Wesley Qualkenbush age 62, of Shoals, passed away September 11, 2020 in Washington at the Daviess County Hospital. He was born January 25, 1958 to James R. and Wilma (Sorrells) Qaulkenbush. He was previously employed at the Red Door Industries in Loogootee. David is survived by his mother, Wilma Qualkenbush of Shoals; and brothers, Michael (Debbie) Qualkenbush, Brad (Sandy) Qualkenbush and Shawn Qualkenbush all of Shoals; nieces, Karen Baker, Kellie Shaw and Lindsay Qualkenbush; nephews, Lance (Vonda) Mountford, Kevin Qualkenbush, C.J. Qualkenbush, Aaron Qualkenbush and Andrew Qualkenbush; aunts, Jeanne Edwards of Bedford, Marilyn Hardwick of Shoals and many cousins. He was preceded in death by his father, James R. Qualkenbush; grandparents, Oscar and Bernice Sorrells and James and Vina Qualkenbush; a sister, Sherry Emmick; aunts, Hazel Moore, Helen Payne, Ruth Stout; and one uncle Gene Qualkenbush. Funeral services will be held 1:00 PM Tuesday at the Queen-Lee Chapel in Shoals with burial in the Pleasant Valley Cemetery. Visitation will be 11:00 AM until the time of services at the funeral home. The Queen-Lee Chapel of the Thorne-George Family Funeral Homes is entrusted with the arrangements.
