Danny Lee Collins

Danny Lee Collins Sr. age 66 of Shoals, passed away Friday, July 3, 2020 at his residence. He was born November 06, 1953 in Muncie to William and Patricia (Wilson) Collins. He married Lynn Wilkinson on June 29, 1973 in Eaton, Indiana. Danny was a retired truck driver and attended Natchez Community Church. He is survived by his wife Lynn; two sons, Danny Lee (Rachel) Collins Jr and Zachariah Walker both of Shoals; one step-grandson, Damon Roach of Shoals; two sisters, Carol (Mark) Humbert of Jasper and Judy Martin of Shoals; and two brothers, David (Ann) Collins of Eaton, Indiana and Frank Collins of Hartford City, Indiana. Preceding him in death are his parents; two grandchildren in infancy; and two sisters, Freda Bell and Beverly Sue also in infancy; and one brother, Ronnie Collins. Funeral services are 1:00 PM Wednesday at the Queen-Lee Chapel in Shoals with burial in the Pleasant Valley Cemetery. Pastor Kevin Quinn will officiate. Visitation is 11:00 AM until the time of service on Wednesday. The Queen-Lee Chapel of the Thorne-George Family Funeral Homes is in charge of the arrangements.
